Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or build a plan, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, industry, the workflow preferences you select, and anything you write in free-text fields.
Communications. If you call our demo line or exchange calls, texts, or emails with our agents, those interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized — that is how the product works (for example, texting you a summary of a call).
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider collects standard server logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser type) used for aggregate analytics and security.

How we use it

To schedule and run your demo and set up your service.
To provide the service itself — answering calls, sending confirmations and follow-ups, and delivering summaries to you.
To communicate with you about your account, and to improve our scripts and service quality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form on this site, you consent to us contacting you by phone, text message, and email about your demo and our services. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers to operate PhoneCrew — such as website hosting, databases, and telephony/messaging carriers — who process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

Data retention and security

We keep lead and customer information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@phonecrew.ai. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails via the unsubscribe link.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
